MFS SW Initial Setup Instructions

• In the settings screen, set the correct “Date & Time” by clicking on “Set” button.
• In the settings screen, select the appropriate “Export Duration” in the drop-down menu.
• Restart the MFS.
• After restart of the MFS, go to settings screen  Files & Configuration  Data  Purge  Measurement Data and click on “OK” [delete out all existing data] (This ensures that the exported data is consistent with the new export process)
• The system is now ready to use.

      Copy the Mouldflo_Upgrades, Mouldflo_Import (if supplied) folder in the zip file to a blank USB stick. • Plug-in the USB stick onto the MFS. • Restart the MFS. • After a few reboots, a new version of the Mouldflo SW should be installed on the MFS.

      For changing the MFS configuration in the future, please use the attached file as reference. Please do not change the "hostname" field in the MFS. While editing the INI file , please use "Notepad ++" as the default text editor to do so.

      The default IP address of the MFS out of the box is: 192.168.101.15
